Each capsule contains -
Crystalline Glucosamine Sulphate ..... 628mg
(equivalent to 500mg Glucosamine Sulphate)
Dosage and Administration
Initial: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals.
The initial therapy should be taken for at least 3 months (or as directed by healthcare professional) to see the full benefits of this product.
Maintenance: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day before meals.
Following the initial 3 months therapy, dose can be increased or decreased based on individual response.
How to Store
Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep container tightly closed.
Keep out of reach of children.
